We're now hiring a Motion Graphics Designer (Internship) to partner hand‐in‐hand with our UA team —turning ideas into high‐performing creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snap, and UGC .

WHAT YOU'LL OWN (Your Mission)
- Performance Creatives at Scale: Produce a high volume of short‐form video ads (9:16), animations, kinetic typography, and cut‐downs for Meta/TikTok/Snap —built for thumb‐stop, hook, and conversion .
- AI‐First Creative Pipeline: Use AI image/video tools to concept, generate, and iterate (human‐reviewed), then polish in After Effects/Premiere/CapCut .
- Creative Testing Framework: Work with the UA team to plan hypotheses, variants, and hooks (e.g., 3‐second hook, CTA, social proof, UGC vs. motion ), and iterate based on results.
- Data → Creative Loops: Translate performance metrics (CTR, CVR to trial, CPI ) into creative decisions; scale winners,
