As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for GTM at Spendesk, you will own end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles, partnering with Sales and Revenue leaders to attract top talent. You’ll shape employer branding in the commercial market and help scale Spendesk across Europe. You’ll drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding with a focus on a positive, inclusive candidate experience. This role sits within the People team in Barcelona and offers impact in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

• Full-Cycle GTM Recruitment for AE, AM, CSM, and Sales Ops and related roles
• Partner with Sales and Revenue hiring managers to develop tailored, diverse hiring strategies
• Proactively source and build pipelines using knowledge of the tech/SaaS market
• Champion a positive and inclusive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding




• Collaborate with People and Marketing to strengthen Spendesk as an employer of choice
• Optimize recruitment processes using data and feedback to improve efficiency and quality
• Provide market intelligence on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity
• Contribute to DEu0026I initiatives ensuring equitable recruitment processes

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with GTM/Sales hiring experience in a high-growth tech/SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of B2B commercial roles and sales cycles
• Proficient with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and pipeline building for competitive profiles
• Experience partnering with Sales and Revenue leaders and advising on best practices
• Proven ability xghoner to manage multiple searches with solid project management
• Commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience and representing the Spendesk brand
• Growth mindset with a problem
