Overview
In this role, you will architect and operate a cloud-native platform that powers intelligent, autonomous AI applications across a global enterprise. You'll own the platform strategy, design multi-tenant Kubernetes environments, and drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on security, reliability, and scalable operations. You'll mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex AI and MLOps needs into reusable platform patterns. Responsabilidades
Own the platform architecture, technical roadmap and ADRs within the broader agentic AI strategy
Design, build and operate the multi-tenant Kubernetes platform using Amazon EKS, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, Argo CD and Argo Workflows
Build repeatable onboarding,



promotion, recovery and decommissioning capabilities through Azure DevOps and GitOps
Implement identity and tenant isolation across OIDC, Kubernetes RBAC and impersonation, AWS workload identity and secrets management
Design secure integrations with models, tools, MCP/A2A services and other enterprise platforms
Own operational readiness, including SLOs, telemetry, agent and LLM tracing, evaluation, capacity, cost, incident response, upgrades, backup/restore and rollback
Develop and review production Python, Terraform modules, Helm charts and pipeline templates
Establish technical standards, documentation and reusable platform patterns, and mentor other engineers
Requisitos principales University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
8+ years of relevant experience building secure, scalable, resilient cloud-native backend systems at enterprise scale
