Shape portfolio through disciplined management and investment strategies
Identify new growth platforms across geographies, applications, technologies, and partnerships




Lead market intelligence to uncover trends, unmet needs, and growth opportunities
Translate insights into innovation pipelines, partnerships, and commercial playbooks
Build finance‐aligned business cases with clear ROI and value capture
Coordinate cross‐functional execution to scale from concept to commercialization
Drive global marketing initiatives across commercial, BD, and technical teams
Represent the company with customers, industry bodies, and partners to strengthen thought leadership
Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
Minimum 10 years in strategic marketing, business leadership, or innovation‐driven roles
Proven track record in defining and executing global growth strategies
Experience in nutraceuticals, food, pharma, or related regulated industries
Strong understanding of nutraceutical value chains, regulatory environments, and innovation
