Overview
As Lead Management Team Lead, you will serve as a player-coach, personally qualifying inbound leads while guiding a team of specialists. You'll own day-to-day operations, ensure SLA adherence, and uphold CRM data quality and pipeline accuracy. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Sales to improve lead response and handoffs, shaping a high-performing, data-driven lead management function. This remote role (Spain or Italy) offers a chance to influence process, culture, and commercial rigor at scale.
Responsabilidades
Lead, coach, and develop Lead Management Specialists; set performance expectations and provide growth opportunities
Run regular 1:1s, team huddles, and performance reviews; give real-time coaching on qualification calls and CRM discipline
Own scheduling, workload balancing, and coverage to meet SLA commitments
Onboard new hires with training on qualification frameworks, CRM standards, quoting, and escalation
Identify skill gaps and coordinate targeted development with Sales Enablement and Marketing




Maintain accountability and a culture of continuous improvement and commercial curiosity
Manage personal inbound lead qualification workload across web forms, chat, and phone within SLAs
Conduct structured discovery, qualify leads, create Opportunities with proper ownership
Provide budget quotes within templates and guardrails
Escalate complex qualification scenarios and route appropriately
Ensure CRM data quality; audit lead records, opportunities, quotes, and dispositions
Monitor funnel metrics: response times, qualification rates, conversion, and Won/Lost alignment
Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality, campaign alignment, and customer trends
Act as primary liaison between Lead Management, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing leadership
Escalate complex product or pricing questions and ensure timely resolution
Partner with Sales Enablement on talking points and competitive intelligence
Document and maintain standard operating proced
