We are looking for a Telecommunications Network Engineer with the mission of acting as the key expert in space-based telecommunication networks within the company, leading the definition and implementation of satellite network solutions across various projects, including a satellite constellation.
Tasks to be performed:
- Satellite Network Design & Implementation : Develop and configure satellite communication networks ( architecture , topology and definition ) and management ( control ).
- Sizing of telecommunication channels for a whole network.
- Telecommunications Network protocols expert . Understanding of satellite communication protocols ( DVB-S2, DVB-RCS, TDMA, SCPC ,...).
- Link Budget Analysis & Optimization : Perform link budget calculations to optimize signal quality, bandwidth efficiency, and power allocation
- Ground Station equipment : Knowledge in satellite ground station equipment, including modems, antennas, RF systems,
