Responsabilidades
Hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives with clear expectations and ongoing skill growth
Drive revenue growth by consistently identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for new business and expansion
Conduct regular 1:1s, forecast reviews, and strategy sessions for planning and territory management
Build and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks for predictable execution
Monitor pipeline, activity, and forecasts; address risks and adjust strategy
Support team members as a player-coach by joining key opportunities and modeling selling practices
Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned priorities
Analyze performance trends and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations
Ensure CRM hygiene, reporting, and forecasting discipline
Lead initiatives to improve sales processes, team efficiency, and customer experience
Meet or exceed monthly and yearly team revenue targets
