The Opportunity
A leading international technology company is looking for a results-driven German-speaking Account Executive to join its growing sales team.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you will manage the customer journey from initial contact through client meetings, product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimately closing new subscriptions .
If you're comfortable with cold calling, ambitious sales targets and a performance-driven environment , this is an excellent opportunity to grow your sales career while working fully remotely from Spain.
What You'll Do
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day
Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations




Guide prospects throughout their free-trial period
Convert free trials into paying customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion and MRR
Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity
Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team
Leads are automatically assigned , allowing you to focus on prospecting, selling and closing.
Uncapped Commission
Base salary: €30,000 gross/year
Target monthly commission: €600
Performance multipliers:
Below 80% x1
80% target x1.3
100% target x2 (€1,200)
150% target x3 (€1,800)
Quarterly Accelerator: If your average quarterly achievement exceeds 150%, commissions generated during the entire quarter are recalculated using the 3x multiplier .
