Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Madrid for an Architect with a strong technical focus on building systems. The Architect will primarily focus on architectural design and project management for general fit-out projects within existing buildings. This position is designed for a BIM/Revit expert who can seamlessly integrate technical coordination with international collaboration. Reporting to the Lead Architect,



the successful candidate will ensure high-quality project delivery while supporting the team's growth in BIM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & BIM Workflows
The Architect collects and arranges technical data, preparing drawings and plans for diverse global projects.
The role involves developing, maintaining, and coordinating BIM models in Revit to ensure consistent documentation across all project phases.
The Architect acts as a technical resource, supporting and guiding the team in Revit usage and BIM standards.
Responsibility includes monitoring the work of local engineers and providing remote guidance to contractors during the construction phase.
Project Management
The Architect manages multiple projects simultaneously, including the preparation of time schedules and budgets.
The role supervises the bidding process and ensures all project requirements are met in a timely manner.
