Ready to take ownership of your sales cycle and grow the Swiss market from Barcelona? We're looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join an international B2 B growth company. You'll build your own pipeline, engage senior decision-makers and manage the full journey from first conversation to signed deal. You'll work with technology companies, IT consultancies and other B2 B solution providers looking to reach the right senior decision-makers. The company creates targeted business opportunities through curated 1-to-1 meetings, networking experiences and thought-leadership opportunities, helping clients grow their pipelines and build valuable commercial relationships.
With a typical 2–8 week sales cycle, an average first deal of around €25 K, and structured onboarding designed to help you close your first deal early, this is a role where your performance has a clear and measurable impact.
