Serve as the primary contact and end to end owner of all property owner matters
Facilitate cross-functional resolutions with internal teams
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the property owner relationship lifecycle
Resolve mid to high complexity property owner concerns and drive accountability across vendors and internal teams against established SLAs
Identify root causes of preventable or repetitive property ownership issues and create long-term solutions
Maintain accurate property owner system data
Monitor external factors and communicate important matters to internal partners
Review and interpret property contracts for compliance with contractual terms
Manage land contingencies transactions through CRM data entry; monitor and report system data
Generate and maintain control reports for commercial agreements
Optimize and manage vendor strategy to improve service quality, control costs, and maximize portfolio value
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required, with a concentration in Business, Finance,



Real Estate, Law, or related field preferred
Between 4-6 years of experience managing projects, deals, or transactions in a high-volume environment required
Proven track record of delivering exemplary customer service and the ability to successfully manage projects strongly preferred
Proficiency in Excel, Oracle, and Salesforce systems strongly preferred
Experience with interpreting legal documents, including real estate leases and contracts preferred
Project Management Professional certification preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and fun
