Incentive Strategy, Design & Governance
Design, implement, maintain,



and continuously enhance incentive compensation plans. Define performance metrics, sales objectives, business rules, and governance frameworks. Ensure alignment between company strategy, commercial priorities, and field force execution.
Incentive Performance Management
Monitor performance results, target achievement, and incentive payouts. Assess incentive effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve business outcomes and sales behaviors. Conduct incentive simulations and scenario analyses.
Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) & Commercial Optimization
Lead sales force sizing, territory design, customer segmentation, resource allocation, and coverage optimization initiatives. Develop data-driven recommendations to maximize commercial effectiveness and return on investment.
Business Analytics & Decision Support
