Leading multinationalchemical company is looking for an Area Sales Manager for the HomeCare business. The selected candidate will report to the General Manager regarding their activities as Area Sales Manager for the Home Care business.
Manage product sales within the assigned market or geographical area and deliver the commercial plan. The scope of responsibility covers the Home Care business across Southern Europe: Coordinate customer projects, follow up on new contacts and sample requests to convert them into sales, and identify and report on customer needs and business at risk.
Develop the three-year sales plan and cost budgets, agree with management, and communicate objectives to the relevant teams.




Increase sales and gross margin, making autonomous decisions within the established commercial strategy.
Manage territory priorities, routes to market, and customer performance, including forecasts, product requirements, and complaints.
Analyze threats, opportunities, trends, and customer and competitor behaviors, sharing information with the Sales and Marketing teams.
Visit customers to present and recommend products, as well as coordinate development projects and marketing initiatives.
Provide guidance, training, and support to agents and distributors when required.
Address complex commercial issues related to sustainability, customer service, production, distribution, intermediaries, and complaints.
Improve the efficiency of commercial systems and procedures.
