Overview In this role, you will define, implement, and validate production processes and resources to support new and existing programs. You'll lead cost calculations, budgeting, and resource decisions for product industrialization while driving continuous improvement across serial production. You'll work on cross-functional projects to optimize cost, productivity, and quality, and collaborate with QA, engineering, and Stuttgart teams on new and modification projects. Responsabilidades
Define and implement production processes and design standards
Specify necessary production resources and participate in their acquisition
Perform cost calculations and monitor investments and expenses for new product industrialization
Lead and participate in internal projects and improvement teams
Improve serial production processes with a focus on cost,



productivity, and quality
Participate in standardization and continuous improvement of the production area
Manage, execute and lead product modifications in serial projects requested by clients
Propose cost reductions and improvements in assigned projects
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and project reclamations for projects in scope
Support new projects with the Stuttgart engineering department
Support in new acquisitions, purchasing, validation and homologation of component modifications and process engineering changes for new projects
Requisitos principales Engineering, preferably Mechanical specialization
High level in Spanish and English
Project leadership skills
Experience in a similar role leading interdisciplinary teams
Analytic skills for root cause analysis
Autocad knowledge
Knowledge in design with SolidWorks or Catia
Programming with Siemens PLCs (Step7, TIA Portal, WinCC)
