The role requires advising on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic business decisions. You will support high-impact legal initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board and committee matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements to mitigate legal risk.

Advise on regulatory compliance, licensing, and corporate filings in multiple jurisdictions.

Develop and implement policies to ensure adherence to internal and external legal standards.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.

Active membership in at least one state bar with relevant experience in corporate law.

Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and compliance regulations.

Ability to analyze legal risks and provide actionable solutions to business stakeholders.
