The HR Business Partner will provide HR business partnering support to World Courier's EMEA region. The role acts as a key connection point between the business and HR, supporting leaders in the delivery of people plans, HR processes, organizational effectiveness activities and employee-related initiatives aligned to business needs.
Working as an individual contributor within the HR Business Partnering team, the HRBP will build a strong understanding of the supported countries and leadership, their priorities and operating model. The role will support leaders with practical, proactive and people-focused HR solutions, while partnering with Centres of Expertise and HR Operations to ensure effective delivery of global HR programs and processes.
The role requires strong stakeholder management,



sound HR judgement and the ability to work in a general, matrixed environment. It will support activities such as talent management, performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational change, employee relations coordination and implementation of enterprise-led people initiatives.
This position is available on a hybrid working location from our Coslada office.
HR Strategy and People Plan Support
Support the implementation of HR strategy and enterprise people priorities across World Courier's EMEA region.
Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to translate functional priorities into practical people actions.
Contribute to the delivery of annual HR processes such as performance management, talent review, engagement survey action planning, compensation planning and workforce planning.
