Dexcom is seeking a compliance leader to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and cross‐functional stakeholders across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Compliance,



this role will lead regional compliance activities and partner closely with country leadership, commercial teams, medical affairs, regulatory, legal, and HR to uphold Dexcom's ethical standards and diverse regulatory obligations.
You will lead the execution and continuous enhancement of the Corporate Compliance Program across EMEA, ensuring alignment with global standards while adapting to local regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
You will be tasked with the disciplinary leadership of the EMEA compliance team.
You are a subject matter expert on country‐specific healthcare compliance requirements across EMEA, including local laws governing HCP interactions, consulting arrangements, sponsorships, donations, and product education activities.
