Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Talent Operations Manager to work on a full-time basis. This role focuses on optimizing talent acquisition processes and enhancing operational efficiency across global teams. Design and implement scalable talent operations frameworks to streamline recruitment workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine hiring strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Oversee the implementation of applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies to enhance data accuracy.




Experience managing talent operations or HR technology implementations in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).
Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and drive process optimization.
Knowledge of compliance requirements related to talent acquisition and data privacy regulations.
