Job Summary
The General Manager/Cluster Director is an entrepreneurial, results-driven leader accountable for maximizing the Zamora Company performance in the European and Emerging Markets for wine and spirits industry. This role drives strategy, oversees all operations and finances, and leads the sales, marketing, people and distributor teams in close coordination with Global teams, with strong focus on stabilizing Licor 43 across the European mature markets and drive emerging markets, such as Australia, India or China and boost Zamora Company’s portfolio in E&E; markets. As a member of the Executive Committee (COMEX), this leader co-creates the company's overall strategy, vision, and mission.
Success requires a proven track record of excel in commercial operations, driving sales growth, distribution, brand building and translating market opportunities into actionable business plans at granular level generating confident relationships with COMEX peers and challenging to contribute to the overall Company’s succeess. Favorable location is Madrid but other locations are also valuable.

Strategic & Operational Leadeship
- Develop and execute high-impact business strategies, plans and detailed distribution plans aligned with short- and long-term general objectives within our Zamora Company agenda priorities for European and Emerging markets.
- Ensure all business activities and operations deliver desired results and adhere to legal and ethical policies.
- Excel significant impact and influence both internally and externally, specially with distributor organizations and key stakeholders.
