The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across Europe, driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities across the region.
In this role, you will define and execute the European sales strategy, lead and develop a high-performing sales team, and work closely with key customers and internal stakeholders to strengthen our market presence and accelerate sustainable growth.
This is an opportunity to combine strategic sales leadership, business development, and customer engagement in a highly international environment, contributing directly to the growth of Hitachi Energy Power Conversion Solutions across Europe.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Europe, driving regional sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team, fostering performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships,



and large-scale projects across European markets.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, identifying opportunities to create value.
- Lead commercial planning, forecasting, and the negotiation of complex sales contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, technical, and general teams, monitor market trends, and represent Hitachi Energy at relevant industry events.

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA would be an advantage.
- At least 8–10 years of progressive B2B sales experience, including 3–5 years in a regional or international sales management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing new markets, and delivering significant revenue growth in an international environment.
