To lead this strategy, Arabella Hospitality is seeking an Area Marketing Director, based in Mallorca. The role The Area Marketing Director will be responsible for defining and leading the Marketing strategy for Arabella Hospitality in Spain, ensuring its effective adaptation and execution across the different properties. The role will have a transversal view of the portfolio and will work closely with General Managers, Sales, Revenue Management and other key teams, as well as with Marriott International Area and Field Marketing structures where relevant,



to strengthen positioning, generate demand and contribute to the company's commercial objectives. The position will also coordinate Marketing teams and resources, agencies and external partners, ensuring quality, consistency and effectiveness across channels and initiatives. Key responsibilities · Define and lead the annual Marketing strategy for Arabella Hospitality España and its properties. · Develop property marketing plans together with hotel teams, aligning them with strategic, commercial and Revenue objectives. · Lead Marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across the portfolio. · Lead the positioning of the different properties and concepts, ensuring a clear and relevant identity for each target market. · Ensure the correct implementation of the standards, programmes and initiatives of the different Marriott International brands represented in the portfolio, adapting the
