This role is idóneo for someone with a hybrid background in UX, engineering, or industrial design, who thrives in environments where technical complexity, expert workflows, and system constraints shape the experience.You will work on products used by electrical engineers,
system designers, and integrators, translating complex system behaviors into intuitive, efficient, and scalable user interfaces. Success in this role requires the ability to move fluidly between engineering logic, user intent, and interface design, often in contexts where workflows are not yet clearly defined.Key ResponsibilitiesInteraction & Experience DesignDesign end‑to‑end user experiences for complex tools supporting electrical system design, configuration, and validation.Translate engineering concepts (schemas, constraints, rules, dependencies) into clear, usable interface patterns.Create workflows that support expert users while reducing cognitive load and error risk.Complex Workflow ModelingAnalyse and structure existing engineering workflows, including configuration logic, system dependencies, and validation processes.Design for scenarios involving multi-step configuration, rule-b
