You will shape service excellence across live sports delivery, drive end-to-end quality, and ensure world-class standards for Tier-1 broadcasters and rights holders.
You will lead integral service assurance, collaborate with engineering and operations, and embed a culture of operational excellence across satellite, fiber, IP and cloud delivery environments.
