In this role you shape end-to-end data and analytics solutions for EUCAN & International, aligning business needs with scalable data products. You partner across commercial teams, IT, and data offices to ensure solution integrity and governance. You drive process improvements and explore AI-enabled approaches to boost efficiency and decision-making. You will anchor the business-facing analytics function, turning requirements into trusted outputs that support regional strategy and execution. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on reporting, governance, and data readiness.

Responsabilidades
- Translate business needs into structured, scalable requirements and define acceptance criteria
- Map requirements, identify data products, and manage scoping for new and evolving solutions
- Lead prioritization and traceability of requirements across Business, ADO, and technical teams




- Streamline workflows and apply process redesign to improve efficiency
- Ensure data products and dashboards are trusted, reusable, and aligned with business outcomes
- Model semantic layers, KPI logic, and align reporting semantics
- Support data quality, reconciliation, and business validation of data structures
- Govern datasets with metadata awareness and readiness for FAIR and AI-ready use cases
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle activities for dashboards, reporting enhancements, and data product changes
- Drive UAT, validation, go-live readiness, and documentation for business adoption
- Promote AI-enabled validation and automated workflows with human-in-the-loop controls
- Help standardize definitions, validation approaches, and onboarding across the region
- Support governance, continuity, and scalability of the Advanced Analytics & Data Management function
