The Construction Procurement department is embedded within the overall EMEA Procurement organization, which is responsible for Direct, Indirect, Construction, and Service procurement across the region. join an international team distributed across Spain, Poland, Greece, and Germany, playing a key role in supporting procurement operations for our renewable energy construction projects.
Vendor Relationship Management : Develop and maintain good working relationships with construction vendors, negotiating favorable terms and pricing agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service delivery
Procurement Strategy : Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's service and operational objectives, ensuring the timely availability of necessary services while minimizing costs and risks
Contract Negotiation: Conduct contract negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules,



and Master Agreements, while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
Compliance and Risk Management : Keep current on regulatory requirements, maintain compliance, and address risks tied to vendor relationships and contractual obligations
Process Optimizatio n: Continuously review and refine procurement workflows to enhance operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and uphold best practices.
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
Demonstrated procurement experience in the renewable energy, construction, or technical sectors
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with wind energy supply chains, sourcing strategies, and contract execution.
Procurement & Negotiation: Effective contract management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management skills to optimize costs without sacrificing quality
