Openbank is looking for a Senior Product Manager based out of Madrid. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design/UX, Data, Operations, Customer Growth, Customer Needs, and Risk, Legal and Compliance. It is not an operations, service‐delivery or project‐coordination role. Lead one cross‐functional squad, aligning Engineering, Design, Data and business partners around clear customer and business outcomes.
Lead continuous discovery using product data, customer feedback, UX research and experimentation.
Monitor performance after launch and use evidence to improve, iterate or change direction.
