Overview In this role you lead the Business Solutions strategy to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and scalability within LatAms Customer Value Management. You bridge business teams with IT and external partners to design, implement and drive adoption of technology-enabled solutions. You will drive process optimization, automation, and AI-driven capabilities to improve decision-making and customer value. This position offers the chance to shape transformation across functions and contribute to a high-impact value modernization effort.
Responsabilidades
Define and execute the Business Solutions roadmap aligned with CVM, Operations and IT priorities
Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity and operational effectiveness via technology and automation
Act as primary interface between CVM and IT, Data, Digital and external partners
Gather, prioritize and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
Coordinate evaluation and implementation of solutions including AI, automation, RPA and digital platforms




Lead adoption of AI-driven capabilities to enhance decision-making and efficiency
Lead process redesign initiatives to simplify operations and reduce manual work
Promote automation of recurring processes, reporting and workflows
Identify opportunities to leverage customer data and advanced analytics within processes
Coordinate solution implementation, testing and business validation for successful deployment
Define and monitor KPIs to measure impact of implemented solutions
Ensure alignment between business priorities, tech capabilities and delivery roadmaps
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across CVM processes and operating model
Collaborate cross-functionally with CVM, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, Data and Digital teams
Requisitos principales 7+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Business Solutions, Process Excellence, Consulting, Digital Transformation or similar roles
Bachelors degree in Engineering,
