Overview
As a People Business Partner in the People Team, you help shape the talent strategy across business areas within a hybrid setup in Barcelona. You'll partner with People Team Expertise Areas to implement HR agenda on workforce planning, design, development, performance, and engagement. You act as a trusted advisor to leaders, translating people data into practical actions and guiding change initiatives. This role blends strategy with hands-on HR programs to support a fast‐paced, diverse organization.

Responsabilidades Partner with People Team Expertise Areas to co-create and implement HR initiatives (workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, performance management, compensation cycles, engagement programs)




Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for people-related matters across assigned business areas
Guide leaders in understanding and applying People Team strategies and initiatives using critical thinking
Requisitos principales 2 years of proven HR Business Partner experience
experience partnering with HR centers of expertise
ability to lead through change and navigate ambiguity
conflict resolution and change management skills
hands-on experience delivering HR programs across the full employee lifecycle
strong analytical mindset to interpret people data and translate insights into action
familiarity with AI tools and technologies applied in HR (talent acquisition, engagement analysis, performance management)
