In this APAC Vendor Management Lead role you will shape regional vendor strategy and govern vendor performance to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and unlock cost savings across APAC. You will partner with regional stakeholders to drive analytics, sourcing, and compliance initiatives, while promoting the value of the Claims Vendor Function. You will influence across functions to delivery continuous improvement and scalable vendor programs in a fast-paced environment.

• Analyze data to support decisions, lead discussions, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support APAC ALAE spend analysis, vendor panel optimization, and reporting on savings.
• Lead or support sourcing from business requirements to RFQ/RFP/RFI, strategy, due diligence, contracts, and panel management.
• Contribute to vendor performance management practices, including SLAs, KPIs, and Balanced Scorecards.
• Define performance metrics with budget holders for critical vendors.
• Support use of vendor management systems and tools by regional and country stakeholders.
• Create user guides and training for platforms/process adoption.
• Identify process improvements and streamline vendor and Chubb process mapping.
• Review vendor panels for best practices, due diligence, and APAC controls.
• Collaborate with countries/regions to address compliance gaps and corrective actions.
• Advocate for the Claims Vendor Function and promote its value across the business. xghoner
• Support the Regional Vendor Manager on key initiatives and participate in broader sourcing projects.
Responsabilidades
