You will collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and animators to produce high-impact visuals that merge concept, design, and motion. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of composition, storytelling, and visual rhythm, along with a deep understanding of 3D workflows and emerging trends in motion design.

Solid understanding of end-to-end AI art pipelines (from data preparation and model training to polishing final art).
Experience fine-tuning checkpoints and training LoRA models (Civitai, DreamBooth, LoCon, etc.) LoRA training & model fine-tuning: prepare datasets, run experiments, evaluate results.
Sketch refinement & art polishing: colorize line-art, apply style consistency, finalize assets.
Cross-team collaboration: coordinate with the art director, game designer, and wider art team via tools like Slack and Jira to align on milestones.
Knowledge sharing: lead internal workshops, document best practices, and mentor peers to continuously improve AI-art workflows.
