In this role, you drive the design and evolution of a business-focused people function within a general science and technology company. You will operate at the crossroads of strategy, transformation, and analytics to influence decisions affecting thousands of employees. You’ll steer HR transformation programs, enable data-informed insights, and ensure an agile, future-ready HR organization. The position offers opportunities to shape executive-level content and partner across the enterprise, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled workflows.

Responsabilidades
- Contribute to a business-aligned people function strategy and implementation
- Lead or consult on strategic HR projects including transformation and continuous improvement
- Oversee the annual strategic planning cycle and HR portfolio management with financial oversight
- Apply workforce analytics to measure impact and forecast trends




- Develop high-quality executive content and presentations for senior leadership
- Partner on enterprise-wide HR initiatives with diverse stakeholders
- Model AI fluency by integrating AI tools into HR workflows

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Business Administration (or related field)
- 4+ years of experience in strategic management consulting with HR focus
- Expertise in workforce planning and organizational change management
- Proven track record in leading large, international xqbhyrx projects
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with data-to-insight ability
- Confident communication and English proficiency
- Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work with cross-functional teams
- Curious about AI and capable of writing prompts and evaluating AI outputs
