Overview
In this role you own the end-to-end client relationship and delivery, driving value through strategic implementations and ongoing optimization. You'll align client objectives with project delivery, coordinate with PMs, and push for continued value through the product/service. You'll lead commercial discussions, shape digital transformation roadmaps, and ensure satisfaction and profitability. This is a cross-functional role focused on client success and strategic growth within Omega CRM.

Manage client interactions throughout the Customer Journey Map and ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Lead negotiations, prepare and present commercial offers during presales
Collaborate with PMs to ensure project delivery, progress demos, and risk mitigation
Monitor project scope, budget, and timeline; manage expansions and potential deviations




Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and post-project reviews to capture learnings
Lead end-of-project retrospectives and write success stories and client satisfaction surveys
Coordinate with PMs/DMs on team allocation and resource needs; support HR when hiring
Communicate client needs to operations and alert on delivery risks to propose mitigations
Maintain awareness of all team members' skills and motivations for improved staffing and development
Share client strategy and transformation roadmaps with project teams to align multiple PMs
Requisitos principales 6+ years of experience in business/technology consulting
Large account management experience
Experience across cloud and enterprise technology ecosystems (Salesforce a plus)
Experience in digital, international projects; education/public sector experience a plus
Previous project management and presales exposure
Strong English proficiency
Experience in delivering customer-centric solutions an
