In this role you will enable scalable growth by improving operational efficiency and supporting commercial development for small and medium accounts in the semi-industry channel. You will act as a key link between Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth order flow, delivery coordination, and issue resolution. You’ll contribute to forecasting and reporting while supporting proposals and visit preparation. Responsabilidades
- Manage day-to-day operations for small and medium accounts
- Coordinate orders, deliveries,



and customer requests
- Monitor and resolve customer claims and quality issues
- Support forecasting and reporting activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Quality)
- Support commercial activities such as customer proposals and visit preparation
- Act as a key link between Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and customers
