Responsabilidades
- Coordinate and execute Offer Change Management activities (per OLM)




- Drive impact analysis of change requests and estimate technical efforts
- Develop project plans and schedules, monitor progress
- Manage risks to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration, communicate updates to stakeholders, adapt plans
- Ensure visibility and traceability of execution and decisions in the appropriate tools and meetings

Requisitos principales
- Specialized knowledge and significant experience in project, process, or change management
- Experience leading changes from impact analysis through execution and delivery
- Strong skills in planning, xqbhyrx scheduling, estimation, risk management, and prioritization
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong ownership, professional judgement, and decision-making skills
