In this IT Business Analyst role, you will lead the collection and translation of business requirements for projects, spanning regulatory, technical, operational, and commercial domains. You’ll align input from across the business with tech leads, ensuring compliant solutions and solid project scoping. You act as a bridge between commercial, operations, development, and third parties, guiding UAT and sign-off. This role supports the company’s expansion and cross-functional initiatives in Barcelona.

Responsabilidades
- Lead gathering and translation of business requirements across regulatory, technical, operational and commercial domains
- Collaborate with leaders to obtain inputs and guide them through the process




- Deliver clear business requirements to tech and translate technical solutions back to the business
- Ensure regulatory requirements are communicated and solutions stay compliant
- Identify cross-functional dependencies and align timelines and deliverables
- Provide accurate, measurable estimates for BA deliverables to the project manager
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Develop broad understanding of processes to act as Subject Matter Expert
- Assist in producing business cases for development and implementation of changes
- Coordinate linkages between commercial, operations, development teams and third parties
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and sign-off
