In this role, you will lead a cross-functional S/4HANA programme, unblocking defects and ensuring integrated delivery across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and more. You’ll steer testing strategies, run cutover activities, and translate functional designs into end-to-end scenarios, aligning delivery with transformation goals. You’ll work with business leadership to ensure operational continuity and value delivery at scale. This is a cross-stream leadership role at the intersection of delivery and transformation, shaping how the business moves to a unified digital core.

Responsabilidades

Lead cross-functional issue resolution and triage forums to unblock defects and data dependencies




Support and participate in testing strategies and multi-country implementation (SIT, UAT, regression, integration, performance)
Lead or manage cutover activities (mock cycles, data migration, go/no-go governance, hypercare)
Operate across all S/4HANA workstreams translating functional design into end-to-end scenarios
Connect delivery to transformation by reading test/cutover findings to operating models and engage leadership

Requisitos principales

7+ years in SAP-led transformations
at least two S/4HANA go-lives in regulated xqbhyrx industries (pharma, medtech, biotech)
Cross-functional S/4 fluency across modules
Proven leadership of large-scale test programmes and cutover playbooks
Working knowledge of GxP, GAMP 5, and computer systems validation
Fluent English and Spanish
