Monex Europe, Madrid-based, seeks a Head of Desk to own revenue and lead a high-performing FX and international payments desk. You will set targets, manage a team of Account Managers, and drive pricing and margin discipline while ensuring regulatory compliance across Europe.
You will collaborate with Dealing, Compliance, Credit & Risk, Operations and Marketing, and work closely with general offices in London and Amsterdam as the desk expands. Fluency in English and French is required.
