del Negro Studio is an architecture and interior design studio based in Sóller, Mallorca. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and resourceful Studio Assistant to support our growing team and help coordinate the daily running of the studio.

Buscamos un/a Asistente de Estudio con gran capacidad de organización, iniciativa y habilidad para encontrar soluciones, que ayude a coordinar el funcionamiento diario del estudio y dé soporte a nuestro equipo.

You will work closely with the head of the studio, assisting with schedules, meetings, communication, project administration, budgets, logistics and internal coordination. This is a varied position for someone who enjoys responsibility, anticipates what needs to happen next and can manage several priorities with precision.

Trabajarás directamente con los directores del estudio, prestando apoyo en la gestión de agendas, reuniones, comunicación, administración de proyectos, presupuestos,

Language requirement / Requisito de idiomas

The studio's day to day working language is English. Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish are essential for this position. Mallorquín a plus.

Key responsibilities
- Attend key meetings, take clear notes and follow up on decisions, deadlines and pending actions.
- Manage professional communication with suppliers, artisans, consultants and external collaborators through email, telephone and messaging.
- Coordinate communication between the directors, the internal team and external project partners.
- Assist with the monitoring of project budgets, expenses, payment schedules and financial milestones.
