Global Interface between the EU local Sales Teams and the T&M; Solution centers based in Spain, US and India.
EU Sales Support: Act as the primary contact person for the EU local sales teams for the A&D; system solution catalog and price requests.
Bid Management: Own, manage, and coordinate the end-to-end proposal and bidding process in coordination with the local sales teams global solution centers and HQ in Munich :
Analyze tender requirements and be responsible for managing the tender process end-to-end
Managing the bid process and lead communication with stakeholders e.g. local sales teams, 3rd party, internal departments within the HQ and customers
Interface with T&M; solution centers to define the most suitable technical solution




Prepare and submit compliant proposals to local Sales based on the System Architects' design;
Support local Sales in price negotiations with Customer
Assess and minimize project risks in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Product Portfolio Management: Maintain the A&D; system solution portfolio and catalog in SAP, in coordination with our general T&M; solution centers.
Marketing Collaboration: Acting as interface to the marketing department for the creation and alignment of sales collaterals.
