In this role you drive integral business development for Hitachi Energy’s Power Consulting, expanding the opportunity pipeline across utilities, developers, and industry. You’ll align with regional sales and consulting leaders to position Power Consulting as a trusted advisor, shaping commercial strategy and client engagements. You work across regions to grow market presence, lead proposals, and steer high-impact deals. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of strategy, sales, and marketing in a global matrix.

• Develop and accelerate a global opportunity pipeline across diverse客户 segments (utilities, renewables developers, transmission operators, EPCs, data centers, oil u0026 gas, industrials)
• Qualify, prioritize, and advance sales opportunities with regional leads and unit managers
• Engage early with customers to shape requirements before formal procurement




• Lead strategic sales opportunities through qualification, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
• Create compelling proposals with clear value propositions, delivery approach, and commercial differentiators
• Advise on commercial structuring, pricing, and risk during proposals and contracting
• Maintain strong customer relationships and act as senior contact for key accounts in coordination with regional teams
• Coordinate with regional Power Consulting teams to align commercial activities and growth strategies
• Support unified sales and marketing processes, pipeline reviews, and follow-up of pursuits
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, thought leadership, and industry engagement to boost visibility
