As Director of Revenue Operations, you drive the RevOps function at Kantox and align commercial execution with BNP Paribas’ leadership. You will lead cross-functional orchestration across Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development, shaping strategic reviews and KPI-driven decisions. You’ll manage a high-performing team, develop capability and governance, and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve the sales cycle and forecasting. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on process optimization to scale Kantox’ commercial engine in a BNP Paribas-integrated environment.

Responsabilidades
- Own RevOps function and oversee cross-functional commercial execution




- Lead BNP Paribas commercial relations and coordinate with local markets
- Build and mentor Revenue Operations team and career pathways
- Own key internal commercial meetings content and narrative
- Oversee RevOps tech stack (CRM, analytics) and reporting via Power BI/Salesforce
- Drive revenue operations initiatives: sales process improvement, forecasting accuracy, pricing strategies, and efficiency
- Ensure pipeline forecasting discipline with clear accountability
- Align Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation for seamless handoffs and onboarding
- Represent commercial organization in governance and strategic reviews with CCO and BNPP
- Participate in budget planning, commission design, SPIFF programs
- Propose AI-driven workflows to optimize sales, CS, and operations
- Maintain reliable reporting for senior management across dashboards
