In this role you lead the Cardiovascular portfolio, aligning strategy with Viatris’ growth priorities and long-term objectives. You’ll coach a team of Product Managers and drive multi-year planning and launches. You shape brand positioning, omnichannel campaigns, and market insights to sustain performance across mature brands. You will work cross-functionally to optimize forecasting, P&L;, and investments, delivering high-impact initiatives in a globally scaled environment.

Responsabilidades
- Set strategic direction for the cardiovascular portfolio aligned with business goals
- Coach and develop a team of Product Managers to enable high-performance execution
- lead the 2027–2031 strategic plan for the cardiovascular area and identify growth opportunities
- Oversee successful preparation and execution of product launches




- Lead lifecycle management and optimization for mature brands
- Provide strategic guidance on brand positioning, messaging, and omnichannel campaigns
- Maintain deep understanding of market dynamics including competitors, pricing, and trends
- Oversee forecasting to ensure accurate demand planning and minimize stock risks
- Monitor P&L;, A&P; investments, and key KPIs across the portfolio
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain and other stakeholders
- Coordinate external agencies and suppliers for timely, high-quality marketing execution
- Ensure excellence in congresses, events, promotions, and customer engagement
- Support decision-making through performance analysis and market insights
- Train and mentor team members to strengthen strategic capabilities and execution standards
