We are looking for an IFM Small Works Project Delivery Manager for our Integrated Facility Management business line.

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to join the EMEA Small Works Program within the Engineering function. This role operates as a governance and subject matter expert (SME) resource,



providing structured support to IFM teams across EMEA in the delivery of small‑scale capital projects — including building retrofits, refurbishments, workspace reconfigurations, and targeted facility improvements. This is not a traditional end‑to‑end project management role. The primary function is to enable local FM teams to deliver projects compliantly, safely, and frugally by providing governance oversight, procurement guidance, technical SME support, and structured project frameworks. Direct end‑to‑end project delivery will only apply in cases deemed critical, high‑visibility, or where project complexity requires dedicated program‑level management. The role sits within the EMEA Small Works Program and operates across a tiered delivery model: Reports to – EMEA Small Works Program Lead (Engineering).
