As CFO for a leading FMCG multinational, you will shape financial strategy in collaboration with the executive team and manage the finance function to enable delivery of strategic objectives. You will own forecasting, KPI definition, budgeting, and decision-support analytics while overseeing financial systems and reporting. You will lead cross-cultural teams, drive transformation, and maintain investor relations to support sustainable growth. This role offers high impact in a market-leading environment, with a focus on financial governance and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades
- Identify and define business strategies with the management team
- Oversee financial IT systems and the finance and accounting teams to ensure deliverables
- Define finance KPIs and contribute to financial reporting and decision-making
- Control general accounting, taxation, annual accounts, and analyze market trends to anticipate challenges




- Develop mid- and long-term forecasts and projections to guide the business
- Promote budgetary control to achieve objectives
- Oversee financial systems implementations and upgrades
- Manage relationships with investors and investment institutions

Requisitos principales
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- MBA or financial certifications are a plus
- Very high level of English and Spanish
- At least 15 years of experience as Financial Director or similar in a top-ranked FMCG or integral multinational with manufacturing plants
- Knowledge in accounting, consolidation, and reporting
- Experience in managing and xqbhyrx developing multicultural teams
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
