In this role you will manage enterprise accounts across the Rest of the World, driving upsell and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align client needs with product and support, delivering a trusted, long-term partnership. You’ll own and grow a portfolio, track progress, and promote new features to customers. You join a fast-paced, international startup culture where ownership and proactive change are valued.

Responsabilidades
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to understand needs and craft personalized upsell plans
- Provide after-sales support, cross-selling, upselling, and churn management to ensure long-term relationships




- Build and strengthen relationships with enterprise customers through ongoing communication and proactive improvement plans
- Manage your own portfolio, keep client data up to date, and generate status reports
- Respond promptly to client inquiries with personalized feedback
- Promote new products/services and functionalities to current customers
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer support teams as the main client contact and voice of the customer
