As Country Medical Director for Spain u0026amp; Portugal, you lead Medical Affairs strategy and execution across two markets, aligning with European and Global priorities and the clinical development plan. • Develop and execute the Spain and Portugal Medical Affairs strategy and annual plans
• Lead Medical Affairs launch preparation and execution across pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases




• Establish the scientific foundation for successful and sustainable adoption of Genmab medicines
• Serve as the senior medical and scientific voice for Spain and Portugal and a strategic partner to the Country Leadership Team
• Own Medical Affairs priorities, resources and budget across both markets
• Translate local treatment, access and stakeholder insights into actionable strategy and ensure country insights inform European and Global decision-making
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with external experts, investigators, scientific societies and healthcare stakeholders
• Lead key scientific exchange, advisory boards, congress activities, medical education and executive external engagement
