Part-time | Barcelona, Hybrid | Potential to become full-time

ABOUT ZABÓNZabón is one of the fastest-growing natural cleaning brands in Spain, trusted by hundreds of thousands of customers looking for healthier and more sustainable ways to clean their homes.
We're growing quickly and looking for an Operations & Projects Coordinator to work closely with the founder across operations, administration, systems, suppliers, and special projects.
This is a part-time role initially, with the potential to develop into a full-time position as Zabón continues to grow.

THE ROLEWe're looking for someone extremely organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and good at GETTING THINGS DONE.
You'll work directly with the founder and help manage the many operational and administrative projects that come with running a fast-growing business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the founder with operational, administrative, and special projects
- Coordinate and follow up with suppliers, agencies, accountants, and other external partners
- Research new suppliers and compare pricing, quality, lead times, and terms




- Request quotes and negotiate better pricing where appropriate
- Manage invoices, payments, receipts, and company documentation
- Upload and organize invoices in our accounting platform on a recurring basis
- Help prepare PR materials, presentations, briefs, and other company documents
- Research new software, tools, and platforms that could improve how we work
- Use AI extensively for research, drafting, organization, analysis, and workflow improvement
- Keep track of deadlines, outstanding items, and follow-ups
- Coordinate smaller projects from start to finish
- Be available to support on shoot days in Barcelona when needed
- Help bring more structure and organization to the business as we grow
