The Mission & Core Scope
- The Mission: Establish, lead, and optimize the daily outbound transport and final delivery execution for the Large Item DC, ensuring that all bulky goods leave the facility safely, on time, and aligned with target customer delivery windows.
- The Scope: You will take direct operational leadership over the outbound distribution floor and delivery routing desk,



managing a team of dispatchers while coordinating seamlessly with both our internal dedicated fleet (1PL) and external carrier networks (3PL).

Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets
To provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months:
- Dispatch Desk & Outbound Setup: Successfully design and implement daily loading, route allocation, and vehicle dispatch protocols for large-item distribution prior to site launch.
- Delivery Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Maintain a high On-Time Delivery (OTD) rate and minimal delivery failure rates by tracking routes in real-time and actively resolving carrier delays.
- Capacity and Fleet Synchronization: Optimize vehicle cubic capacity utilization and coordinate fluid driver shift handovers, minimizing empty miles and loading delays at the bays.
