SRE/Cloud Operations Engineer (m/f/d) with Mandarin Chinese

- Manage and support the daily operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of public-cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, containers, networking and storage
- Ensure cloud platforms, databases, middleware and business applications remain stable, secure and consistently managed
- Develop, configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and automated software delivery
- Operate and support Kubernetes-based and containerised applications in production environmentsImplement and maintain monitoring, logging, dashboards and alerting solutions to ensure system availability and performance
- Analyse production incidents,



identify root causes and implement measures to prevent recurring issuesSupport production deployments and investigate performance, capacity and resource-related issues
- Work closely with technical teams in China, using Mandarin Chinese on a daily basis to align infrastructure and operational practices
- Contribute to cloud migration activities, infrastructure and architecture improvements, resource planning and cost optimisation
- Ensure cloud and operational processes are aligned with applicable European data-protection and privacy regulations
- Take part in an occasional on-call rotation to support critical production incidents
- At least 3 years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Operations or a similar technical position
- Strong practical knowledge of Linux and a solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and HTTP/HTTPS
- Hands-on experience managing and supporting Kubernetes environments in production
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and G
