In this Hiring Operations Lead role, you build scalable hiring workflows for Veeva Link and lead a remote team of coordinators to deliver fast, high-quality recruitment. You design data-driven processes that replace traditional ATS dependence and ensure research teams have the talent they need. The role combines process design, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration to raise recruiting speed and quality. You’ll shape the hiring engine in a mission-driven, work-anywhere environment.

Responsabilidades
- Overhaul hiring operations by adding robust, automated workflows and reducing reliance on spreadsheets
- Set and maintain hiring quality standards, including verification protocols for candidate screening




- Monitor key metrics to identify performance gaps and drive improvements in speed and conversion
- Design and manage the headcount model for Hiring Coordinators to meet general demand
- Lead, mentor, and align a remote team of Hiring Coordinators toward targets and project quality
- Identify pipeline risks and conduct recurring process audits to manage risk and compliance

Requisitos principales
